Borussia Dortmund interested in Manchester City youngster (Cole Palmer)
According to multiple sources, including German source BILD, Borussia Dortmund are monitoring Cole Palmer and would make a bid for him, for the player to the club PERMENANTLY. Manchester City have made clear they would be open to Loan Cole Palmer out. Which led to interest from German and English first division clubs. Whether Man City would be open to sell the player or not isn't clear.

Man City have signed Mateo Kovacic (Midfielder) from Chelsea, but they don't seem done g midfielders there. Bernardo Silva yet to decide whether he stays or not, Gundogan departure confirmded. 2 midfielders likely to move on, and city expect they should cover them. 1 done, 1 to go which would be Declan Rice but city need confirmation from the player if he is interested ing or not, sources tell he want's Arsenal and sources say he Doesn't mind to one of the clubs. if all goes to plan Man City can afford the departure of Bernardo Silva. Which also means there is no space for Palmer anymore. And don't forget the fact Bernardo could end up staying. Very difficult situation for the club.

IF it will end up in this scenario the chances of Cole Palmer leaving permenantly will end up high.
